Thank you so much for taking the time to review this product. Yes, our builder gels do have a slightly lower viscosity than traditional builders but with the same great strength. We tweaked the formulation of our products after overwhelming feedback from our customers who often struggle with the application of builder gel in general. We concentrated on offering superior self levelling which allows for minimal manipulation around the nail allowing the product to do most of the work. May we suggest trying the application without a slip layer if and slightly smaller beads of product. This will give more control over the application and result in a less bulky final overlay.
