Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has shipped.
Shipping options and prices
Sweden
- Standard delivery with PostNord: 60 SEK. Free shipping on orders from 899 SEK. Delivery time 2–4 business days.
- Express: 99 SEK. Order before 12:00 on a weekday and your order ships the same day. Delivery time 1–2 business days.
- Local pickup in Borås: free. Pickup at Åsbogatan 11, 503 36 Borås. Usually ready within 24 hours – we notify you when your order is ready.
Denmark
- Shipping to Denmark: 150 SEK. Free shipping on orders from 1,999 SEK. Delivery time 4–8 business days.
We currently ship to Sweden and Denmark. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and delays outside our control.
Prices, VAT and fees
All product prices are shown in SEK including VAT. The shipping cost is shown in the checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not charge any extra fees for payment methods. Prices for our training courses are stated excluding VAT.
Tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect delivery address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please contact us immediately at hello@miloorecosmetics.se if you need to change your delivery address.
